about us  The jurisdiction of the University is spread over 03 districts i.e. Jalgaon, Dhule and Nandurbar. Out of these 03 districts, 02 districts (i.e. Dhule and Nandurbar) are known for major population under rural and tribal categories. The University integrates social responsibility along with the academic programmes by organizing various extension activities.  The participation in extension activities organized by the University instills the following values and skills amongst the students which help them in their academic learning experience: Values :  Civic sense, Commitment to nation building, nationalism, patriotism, democratic spirit, Secularism, Scientific temperament etc. Skills :  Practical knowledge, Hands on experience, Communication skills, Soft skills, Adaptability to socio-environmental conditions, Organizational skill, Community involvement, Leadership/Decision making skills, Debate/Group discussion skills etc.

academics The School of Chemical Sciences was established in 1992. The School is recognized under UGC-SAP and DST-FIST since 2004. The School of Chemical Sciences conducts four applied courses, M.Sc. Chemistry with specialization in Polymer Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Pesticides & Agrochemicals and Analytical Chemistry and runs two basic courses, M.Sc. Organic Chemistry and Physical Chemistry. The School has facility for M. Phil. And Ph.D. programs in all specializations of chemistry. The School has accepted Academic Flexibility and Credit- Grade based Performance and Assessment (CGPA) system from academic year 2009-2010 and Choice Based Credit System (Optional Courses and MCQ Examination Pattern) from academic year 2013-2014.

administration Finance department is committed with the accomplishment of university’s ultimate goal i.e. imparting quality higher education for socio-economic development of society. Finance section works directly under the control of Hon'ble Vice Chancellor and deliverables of the section are as per the section 18 & Chapter 12 of "Maharashtra Public University Act 2016". The functional role & responsibilities are divided into 12 units as defined in chapter III and Appendix IV (A) of "The Maharashtra Universities Common Account code" complying with the Ordinances & Statutes of the University. The Finance And Accounts officer is assisted by 1 Dy, FAO, 3 Assistant Registrars, 6 Section Officers, 2 Steno/PA, 1 Assistant Programmer and 26 Sr./Jr. Clerks in addition and outsourced Internal auditors. research and developmend University had started Student Facilitation Centre (SFC) to assist the Student. From this centre student can get information related to:   Examination Schedule, Examination Time Table, Probable Dates of Results, Syllabus, Procedure for Obtaining Various Certificates from University, etc. University had also started Student Internet Surfing Center for students, to apply online for Degree Certificate, Scholarship Forms, Competitive Exams, & Research work. Students are allowed to use internet free of cost. University had also started Photo-Copy Center for Student, to help student to make photo copies of their document to submit to various department.  Student can also take print out of online  application , and take print out from Pen Drive at photo-copy center.
